How to verify an AspenHealth medical certificate

Employers, HR teams, and insurers in Singapore can confirm that a printed medical certificate from an AspenHealth network clinic is genuine. This page does not require a login. You only need the Medical Certificate ID on the form and the patient’s NRIC or FIN.

  1. 1

    Open the verification page

Go to Verify an MC on the AspenHealth patient portal. You do not need an account or login.

  2. 2

    Enter the Medical Certificate ID

Type the MC ID printed on the certificate (also encoded in the QR code). It is usually up to six characters.

  3. 3

Enter the patient’s NRIC or FIN

Enter the NRIC or FIN of the person named on the certificate. Both fields must match our clinic records.

  4. 4

    Submit and read the dates

If the certificate is genuine, you will see the MC start and end dates only. We do not show a diagnosis or a PDF on this page.
